To play games on ImbaChess, you must sign in using a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
ImbaChess is a variant of chess with hidden mutations. You agree to play fairly and not use external chess engines, bots, or any form of automated assistance during games. Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair play standards.
You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten other users. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any user who engages in disruptive or harmful behavior.
All content, design, graphics, and code comprising ImbaChess are the property of ImbaChess and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ImbaChess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
